This innovative curriculum
aims at educating and training competent executives in international business,
capable of managing the trump cards of SMEs and enhancing territories.
The holders of this diploma
have acquired:
- thorough knowledge of
the techniques of SME international management (strategic and operational),
- the skills and necessary
tools to study, analyse, plan, anticipate and control international development.
The multidisciplinary teaching
team includes professionals and academics. Their ambition is to train international
top-level executives and sensitise them to the synergy between SMEs and territories.
A
MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROGRAM
It covers several fields
:
- SMEs international management
(strategic and operational),
- Techniques in connection
with international trade operations (customs, insurances, risk management,
payments),
- Specificities of international
logistics,
- International marketing
and crosscultural management,
- Territorial marketing
and innovation in local development strategies,
- Strategic watch and NTIC
(New Technologies of Information and Communication).
- Languages.
The contents of this Master
meets SMEs' expectations and needs. It is completed by the acquisition of knowledge
in public and parapublic devices to international development.
The executives have a double
competence : they have a good command of specificities of SME international
management as well as territorial culture.
A
VOCATIONAL TRAINING
An internship between 4
and 6 months allows the enterprise and/or organization as well as the student
to achieve concrete international missions , which will be presented in a research
report. The aim is to find a solution to problems encountered during the internship.

projects within the framework of the Entrepreneuriales 34 contest subsidized
